About our speakers
Lindsey Pattillo Keane is in charge of Marketing and Property Activation for RCP Companies, a master real estate developer here in Huntsville. RCP Companies owns, operates, and is in the process of building MidCity District, CityCentre at Big Spring, Merchants Walk, Merchants Square, and Village on Whitesburg. Lindsey is a proud Huntsville native. After completing her B.A. in Interior Design from the University of Alabama, Lindsey spent a decade in both Los Angeles, CA and Houston, TX working in design, special events, and hospitality leadership. Lindsey travels the globe seeking the best and most unexpected consumer experiences. From Miami’s Art Basel to the museums of Mexico City to the boutique hotels of Scotland and the western coast of India, Lindsey’s lifelong passion is creating extraordinary experiences for patrons. Lindsey went on to complete her MBA, with a concentration in Leadership, at the University of Houston – Downtown which cemented her dedication to finding creative and profitable ways to solve business dilemmas.

As Project Coordinator of RCP Companies, Nadia Niakossary assists the executive development team in daily operations, urban design, leasing, and project management, overseeing more than $1 billion of mixed-use experiential development in Huntsville including MidCity District, CityCentre at Big Spring, The Camp, Merchants Walk, and Merchants Square. Her responsibilities also include website management, social media management, brand management, data mapping, media coordinating, and place-making. In Spring of 2018, the City of Huntsville hired London-based strategists, Sound Diplomacy, to audit the music landscape in North Alabama. Nadia was selected as Sound Diplomacy’s Huntsville Consultant. Nadia seamlessly connects the European-based team with local stakeholders working as Sound Diplomacy’s eyes and ears in Huntsville. Nadia attended Auburn University where she earned her BA in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. Upon graduating, she moved to Chicago to work for Red Frog Events, an established festival production company. Nadia is thrilled to be back in her hometown working with RCP in changing her local community’s culture ecosystem.
