When it comes to user friendly designs (website, apps, simple forms and more), what are the most important things we need to know to make our audiences and stakeholders happy? We’ll explore this and more through specific examples of good, bad and ugly.

Joe Davis
is the User Experience Designer at Synapse Wireless, a commercial technology company focused on developing solutions for Industrial IoT.

Joe has over 14 years of design experience across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, defense, and commercial technology. He has worked for tiny mom and pop shops, Fortune 500 companies, and everything in between. Joe enjoys tackling challenging problems and is passionate about developing technology centered around actual human needs. In his spare time, Joe enjoys photography, filmmaking, and running.
